The company was responsive in scheduling the appointments. The communication was good. The repair was completed in a professional manner.

First off the technician, Alex came by, was very professional for the booties to make sure he didnt damage the inside flooring very conscious and kind person was getting a look at the pipes in the floor and he went to town doing his best to get me covered under warranty and educating me on the process along the way had a very cool conversation with him about personal hobbies And he still found a way to knock the job out pretty quick. Will definitely use again 10 out of 10 and kudos to Alex super cool super kind nice and professional Technician

Super Duper Pros came out same day due to an emergency leak in my garage ceiling. They not only repaired the leak, but they also sent a team out to remove the drywall and insulation in my ceiling to do the remediation work in advance. Everyone was very cooperative and I was very impressed with their spontaneity and ability to respond to my emergency needs to avoid further damage to my property.

Though my home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) is absolute garbage, they sent Super Duper Pros to assist with the mess a previous plumber left. I'm glad they did. Alex Vincent did a fantastic job fixing my issues and was communicating through the whole process. Quality service from a quality plumber. I can't speak to their pricing as it was through my home warranty, but I'm sure they are worth it.

He tried three alternative ways and made it work, super duper smart. He also replaced the parts and checked to make sure they worked. weve struggled with plenty of different plumbers come out to our property and they were never able to find out why we werent getting any Hot Water, i found Super Duper Plumbing through a friend. I gave them a call and within 40 minutes they were already at my property, that was the first green flag, once brandon arrived he was able to find the issue in less than 20 minutes He was able to fix the issue in that moment.
